Why I created
Leadership Gatherings

Before founding Asterion & Co., I spent more than twenty years building and leading businesses in the UK, across Europe and internationally, working with entrepreneurial companies and global organisations alike.

During those years I organised leadership gatherings around the world for my own teams as well as for clients. Some were dedicated to planning. Others simply created the time and space to step away from the everyday, strengthen relationships and return with renewed perspective.

Those experiences stayed with me.

We believe every generation has a responsibility to decide what is worth carrying forward. That question feels just as relevant for leadership teams as it does for society.
